Painted Hills is part of the Williamson Act which regulates the taxes to be minimal.  There is a 100’ deep well that pumps ~700 gallons/day into a 3,600 gallon tank.  There two 5,000 gallon tanks for the fire department.

Painted Hills is ideally located between Livermore and Danville's Blackhawk Plaza.  It is also near Dublin, Pleasanton and BART stations and is less than an hour from Oakland or San Francisco.
